Our Lumpy Camp and Treatment Center

Every day, 30 to 50 lumpy cows are transported to our camps. Their skin is covered in pus-filled lumps, and when those lumps rupture, blood begins to ooze from the wounds. They even get a high fever, have excessive salivation, and have trouble standing and sitting. These sick cows risk dying from this disease if they are not treated in a timely manner.

Lumpy Disease is a viral disease and experts call it the corona amongst cows. The disease has killed lac's of cows in the past couple of months, and the mayhem is not stopping. Currently, over five Lac cows are undergoing treatment. Cows are in immense pain; they cannot speak as we can, nor they can take care of themselves. They simply stop eating, and in worse conditions, wait for someone like us to help. While waiting, they sometimes lose their eyes, a leg, or even their intestines come out. Therefore, there is an urgent need to help them in every possible way.
